Intensity Design and Distribution of the QuickOpening  Mechanism on the HighPressure Sintering Furnace

The grid of the quickopening clamp structure on the pressure sintering furnace was meshed by utilizing HyperMesh software, and the nonlinear contact analysis for the quickopening structure was achieved by ANSYS contact element, then the third strength equivalent stress and deformation of the quickopening structure under the designed pressure were obtained. The analyses of the furnace lid, body and clamp were accomplished. The stress intensity on the dangerous crosssection was evaluated according to JB4732—1995 [WTBX]Steel pressure vessels——analyze design standard[WTBZ]. The analysis results indicate that the intensity requirement is satisfied. 
